Privacy
The short version
We collect only what we need to take your order, make and deliver your work, and tell you about it. We do not sell your information.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email address, delivery address, an optional phone number, and what you ordered.
When you browse: limited, anonymous information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed and works saved, kept so we can improve the site. We do not use it to identify you.
Your country
To suggest the right delivery region and currency, we guess your country from your internet connection when you visit. We read it on our own server, use it only for that suggestion, and do not store it. You confirm or change the region yourself before you collect. This product includes GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available from https://www.maxmind.com.
How we use it
To confirm and deliver your order, to email you about it, to give you support, to keep our financial and legal records, and to keep the site safe and working.
Who handles it for us
To do this we share the information needed with the kinds of organisations that help us run the shop: a payment processor (who takes your payment; we never see your card number), a fulfilment partner (who prints, frames and ships your work), delivery carriers, an email service, and the services that host this site.
They may use your information only to do their job for us.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. We keep other information only as long as it is useful for the purposes above.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to hello@mikisi.co. We will reply within 30 days. Some records we must keep by law, and we will tell you if that applies.
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
Children
This site is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
